Where do I keep the dates?

Checked 13 Oct 2026the Workplace Relations Act 2015.

A private case file in your own browser: each event with its date, the WRC clock drawn from the one that starts it, the figures you worked out in the other tools, and the WRC's own list of what to bring to a hearing. It is stored on your device only, exports as a file, and is never sent anywhere. Nobody describing a dismissal should be asked to create an account.

Opening your case file…

The case file is a record. It does not lodge anything with the WRC, and the clock it draws is the same six-month rule as the deadline checker, from the dates you enter.

Information, not legal advice. This tool applies the published rules to the dates and figures you enter. It does not say whether a dismissal was unfair, a deduction unlawful or a redundancy genuine: those turn on facts and procedure a tool cannot weigh. Everything runs in your browser and nothing you type is sent to this site. Last verified 2026-10-13.
