What is my redundancy worth?

Checked 13 Oct 2026the Redundancy Payments Acts 1967–2014 and Revenue's lump-sum rules.

Statutory redundancy is 2 weeks' pay for every year of service plus 1 week, with weekly pay capped at €600, after 104 weeks' service. It is free of tax, USC and PRSI. Enter your dates and pay for the stub; add an ex gratia offer to see what Revenue's exemptions leave taxable.
